It is likely connected to the Vegas line of video editing applications (formerly of SONY), as their software may not be fully converted (and/or left so on purpose for differentiation). ![]() Turn the toggle next to Block (recommended) to the right to enable the pop-up blocker. Here is a Screenshot of how it looked:Īs can be seen, there are two listings for "Connect" - and upon Uninstalling the "Connect" listed app (and not the "MAGIX Connect" app) - the Windows UAC warning came up, listing it as "MAGIX Software GmbH". Click on the three horizontal dots in the top-right corner and select Settings. If I may pop in to clarify, a version of MAGIX' "Connect" does show up as ONLY "Connect" in the listed Applications of the Apps And Features section of Windows Settings (where you go to Uninstall/Modify programs).
